1. Contact us
For app issues, membership questions, or payment disputes, email Surat Lace Association support at info@itfuturz.com. Include your registered mobile number and a short description of the problem so we can locate your account quickly.
We aim to respond within a few business days. Urgent safety or fraud concerns should be mentioned clearly in the subject line.
2. Sign-in and OTP
- Sign in with the mobile number on your member record. OTP is sent by SMS; check signal strength and that the number matches your registration.
- If you do not receive an OTP, wait a minute and request again. Avoid sharing your OTP with anyone.
- If your account was deactivated by the association, sign-in will fail until an admin reactivates your membership—contact support with your details.
3. Profile and directory
- Update your name, photo, business details, and social links from your profile in the app when those fields are editable.
- Some information may require admin approval after registration. If a field stays locked, contact support with what you need changed.
- Member directory and follow features only show data you and the association have chosen to share with approved members.
4. Memberships
- View your current plan and renewal dates in the membership section of the app.
- Paid plans are processed through Razorpay. Keep your payment confirmation or transaction ID if you need help with a failed or duplicate charge.
- For billing corrections or plan changes, email support with the payment reference and your registered mobile number.
5. Events and meetings
- Register for published events and meetings from the app. If registration fails after payment, note the event name, date, and transaction reference when contacting us.
- Tickets and passes may be available in the app after successful registration; allow a short time for confirmation to appear.
6. Notifications
Push alerts require notification permission on your device. If you stopped receiving announcements, check system settings for the Surat Lace Association app and ensure you are signed in with an active membership.
7. Payments and refunds
Payments for memberships, events, and meetings are handled by Razorpay. Refund eligibility depends on the specific program and association policy. Contact support with your transaction ID; we will review and respond according to our records and applicable rules.
8. Account deletion and privacy

9. Admin portal
Association staff and administrators use the separate admin website to manage members, events, and content. Member app users do not sign in there; if you need admin access, contact the association leadership—not this support address for routine member issues.
